Sales Support Specialist

Job PurposeThe Sales Support Specialist position will provide direct support for Clinical Tower's End User Sales Team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class organization and contribute to our ambitious goals by ensuring flawless execution of support tasks that drive sales success.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting.Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation.Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately.Update and maintain CRM systems.Capture new product inquiries.Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director.
