Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience in Human Resources and Payroll applications and processes.
• Experience with OBIEE and BI Publisher
• Experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum Methodology.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and construct state process flows and requirements with stakeholders.
• Work as a bridge between stakeholders and business.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and recognize defects prior to migration.
• Head project tasks and plans and align them with the scope, timeframe, and quality.
• Recognize and access errors and dependencies and communicate them while providing suggestions.
• Perpetuate and share knowledge of project methods and practices to the team.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
