Job Details

We are searching for an ERP Systems Analyst to perform a wide variety of duties including business analysis, programming functions and provide end user support:

• This position requires strong functional- analytical skills.
• Must be willing to take ownership of the all functional and technical HCM business needs especially as it pertains to Payroll daily processing, tax update and year-end testing, processing, and supporting, and Production support and issue resolution.
• Strong emphasis working with PeopleSoft HCM: especially with HR & Compensation modules; desired knowledge & experience with Benefits module.
• Must be willing to take ownership of the all functional and technical HCM HR business projects especially as it pertains to these HR processes: new hire, rehire, terminations, ePerformance, remote work, compensation and benefits.

• ERP, SQL
• PeopleSoft, PeopleTools
• HCM, Human Resources, Benefits, Financial, Supply Chain
• Dashboards, BI
