Frame Rust/Repair welding, etc

I have 2004 Ford Ranger that needs

A skilled effort at repairing/patching/welding the rusting out rear frame.

Or a rear frame transplant.

Or someone to advise me to call this truck done.

It is rusted out and splitting in two places. The bed is off, issues are exposed.

I can send pics, and/or you can come and look at it (Falmouth).

The truck is good mechanically, with low miles, so It might be worth it. Might not.
