Taproom Manager at Cape Cod Beer

Cape Cod Beer is seeking a full time Tap Room Manager to oversee operation of their brewery retail shop, taproom and seasonal beer garden located at 1336 Phinney’s Lane in Hyannis MA.

We are looking for an individual with a clear retail vision who shares our passion for our products, working with and promoting local businesses, and understands CCB’s commitment to meeting the needs of our customers. This position manages a team of two year-round full-time staff, 4 full-time summer staff and typically 5 or so part-time staff, and demands a self-directed, customer focused, critical thinker with an eye for detail and previous management experience.

This position reports directly to the President/Brewmaster and is an integral part of the Cape Cod Beer Management Team. This is a full-time year-round salaried position with full benefits and paid time off. Salary range is $50-$60k plus incentives, based on experience.
