We provide fertilization, weed control and pest management services using superior products and with amazing customer service, which is what keeps our customer coming back year after year!

We are looking for a someone like you to join our team as an Customer Service Representative/Sales providing top notch customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be working in an office setting, interacting with homeowners over the phone, while being responsible for other customer service items such as Accounts Receivables, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with customers by phone to answer question, resolve concerns, verify customer information and make sales

Related customer service duties

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONs

Courteous, respectful oral and written communication skills

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required

Ability to de-escalate aggrieved customers

Ability to upsell existing customers

Ability to work independently as part of a winning team

Ability to work in a fast- paced, results oriented environment

Commitment to learning and professional development

EDUCATION

High school

Basic math skills are required

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 3:30
