Site Manager

Full-time

The Site Manager is directly responsible for overseeing all Janitorial Operations for his or her respective client accounts.

Sschedule:

40 hours a week (Days assigned according to mall needs), 24/7 On call

Holidays: No holidays off unless approved by client. Manager can take an extra day off when working a Holiday.

Hourly Rate - $28-$31 depending on experience

Reponsibilites:

Directs all services at client locations according to individual contracts, facilities, client needs, and standards of Done Right Building Services.

Main point of contact for client communications.

Maintains regular schedule of meetings with clients according to their individual needs and Done Right standards.

Provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections of client’s site—provides oversight of entire Quality review process on the Operations level.

Manages Operations and Project Teams including creation of professional enhancement plans, regular reviews, and direct supervision of employees.

Supervises all work provided and maintains records of work performed according to weekly hourly budget.

Performs walkthroughs and quality assurance inspections.

Participates in account planning for client services.

Tracks and reviews additional and out of scope work.

Actively works on special requests in accordance with client’s needs.

Assures accuracy of payroll and timesheets.

Assists with staffing of the Janitorial team at their site.

Provides oversight to account supervisors and to employees.

Provides oversight of Safety Program including review of SDS Sheets, Safety training, Safety supplies onsite, etc.

Ensures training schedules for employees are conducted timely, including best practices for cleaning methods and processes, equipment usage, safety, client requirements, Done Right requirements, Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook.

Assures accurate employee files including commendations, warnings, corrective action, and training by working alongside DRB Human Resources Manager.

Takes corrective action with employees wherever necessary upon conferring with the Human Resources Manager.

Conducts performance evaluations on employees.

Participates in quarterly business reviews.

Reports to Operations Manager to make sure services and reports are being met on a daily basis.
