Cape Cod based, Eco-Safe Power Washing Company is seeking a qualified,

motivated and experienced full-time Power Washing Technician; 40 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

 Performing power washing. Managing exterior cleaning projects (roofs, siding, decks, pavers & more)

 Inspecting houses, buildings and/or grounds as necessary

 Working with contractors as necessary

 Providing corrective and preventive maintenance

 Sealing and Staining

 Providing cosmetic repairs when needed

 Other duties as needed

 Ability to work independently

Requirements

- Technical ability to operate power washing equipment

- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform daily setup

-Individual must have verbal skills in order to interact daily with residents.

-Valid driver's license
