Looking for a creative, experienced person with a great work ethic to help run a high volume successful year round kitchen with a great team.

Duties include but not limited to; ordering, inventory, hiring, menu design and specials, scheduling, controlling food cost, cleaning and maintaining kitchen.

Candidate must have GREAT leadership skills and must be organized and to work with the General Manager.
