Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Manager who will oversee and support all aspects of the inn’s daily operations. This is a full-time position that requires someone who is customer-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotels or bed and breakfasts and will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.

Perform and manage daily housekeeping and cleaning tasks with the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Manage the inn’s laundry services and ensure all linens and amenities are well-stocked.

Prepare and serve daily breakfasts, catering to guests’ needs and dietary preferences.

Maintain the inn’s grounds and common areas to ensure a pristine and inviting appearance.

Provide personalized guest services to create memorable experiences and encourage repeat visits.

Handle minor maintenance tasks or coordinate with external service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or bed and breakfast operations is required.

First hand experience and knowledge of Provincetown and Cape Cod is preferred.

Cleaning and housekeeping skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed.

Written references and a successful background check are required.
