We are seeking the right candidate to lead our new 67 Seat Waterfront Restaurant and help us create an establishment that reflects our passion for the Farm to Table Movement and sourcing from all the seasonal bounty offered in the New England Area. Opening Spring

Experience / Professionally Trained/Schooled

Positive & Friendly Attitude, Leadership Skills, Ability to Train Staff, Collaboration with Front Of House

Attention to Detail & Eye for Quality

Inventory & Menu Skills- Purchasing, Receiving, Cost & Portion Control, Menu Development

Computer Knowledge - Excel, Word, Toast Kitchen System, Inventory & Cost Systems

Up to Date Certifications - ServeSafe, CPR, First Aid

Social Media Skills, Up to Date with all Local Culinary Events & Happenings

Salary Based On Qualifications & Experience
