DIRECTOR OF LAND SURVEY

Bracken Engineering is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to lead our Survey Department. We are a multi-disciplined engineering and surveying company with offices in Buzzards Bay, Nantucket, and Mansfield.

Responsibilities:

Lead survey crews and office staff, oversee projects, and maintain quality controls

Ensure regulatory compliance in surveying practices

Manage and effectively communicate with clients

Prepare job proposals, monitor project costs and invoices

Drive business growth in the survey sector

Stay updated on survey trends, equipment, and procedures

Collaborate with engineers in the firm

Promote a culture of career advancement and developing a deep understanding of the profession

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in surveying or civil engineering

Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to obtain license

5 Years surveying experience or a combination of civil engineering and surveying experience

Expertise in GPS, LiDAR, and other advanced survey technology
