Assistant Accountant

The Valle Group, Inc, a family-owned construction company in East Falmouth, MA is looking for a versatile Assistant Accountant familiar with standard accounting practices. Candidate will collaborate with CFO on all company activity including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, forecasting, and job profitability analysis. This is not a bookkeeping position. Must be very experienced with Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop, MS Excel and Outlook. Ability to program Excel spreadsheets a must. Candidate will also assist Human Resources with time & benefit tracking of employees as they relate to payroll as well as any reporting required for insurance policy applications.
