Formulation Scientist

Seeking a Formulations Scientist to support ASO drug product formulation and process development. This role focuses on formulation design, characterization (DLS, zeta potential, HPLC), stability assessment, and troubleshooting, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and clear data analysis and reporting.Responsibilities Include: Drug product formulation and process development activities in support of ASO research.Formulation characterization, such as Particle size and PDI (DLS), Zeta potential, Encapsulation efficiency, Visual appearance, turbidity, etc.Assessment of the chemical and physical stability of formulations, as well as the performance of formulations using in-vitro testsIdentify potential stability and performance issues with prototype formulationsAnalytical characterization via operation and troubleshooting of HPLC and other instrumentation.Data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and presentationTroubleshooting and Process developmentCollaborate with multiple teams throughout the study timeline
