Services Delivery Performance Manager
Massachusetts, Cambridge, 02138 Cambridge USAServices Delivery Performance Manager (Cambridge, MA)The services delivery performance manager is responsible for operationalizing services delivery processes, establishing adoption and performance management, and driving continuous improvements within our hospital patient monitoring organization.Your role:
Oversee the HPM Services Delivery process to help define strategy and drive adoption and performance.
Define tactics for adoption and performance management within your designated areas of responsibility, in alignment with peer teams for consistency across the various stakeholders and Business priorities.
Devise adoption and performance metrics in support of Business objectives, in collaboration with stakeholders and experts like Business Process, Products and Services Experts in the Business, Regions and Functions.
Establish Performance Management with the global Regions using LEAN principles and best practices.
Identify improvement opportunities, initiate Problem Solving and drive Continuous Improvement.
Report on performance, improvement initiatives and progress to (key) stakeholders for information, awareness and enabling decision making.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting delivery and performance
Your skills include analytical, process thinking, problem solving, team building, communication, influential leadership, change management, creativity, converting the ambiguous into clarity, pragmatism.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or other related field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
