As the Business Insights & Analytics Leader, Hospital Patient Monitoring, you will directly impact how Hospital Patient Monitoring is changing the world of healthcare systems, physicians, nursing staff and patients!Your role:

Anticipate what the questions are from executive and commercial leadership teams and translate those into actionable insights and reporting

Collaborate with commercial leaders on how to incent teams towards maximum performance and value creation

Be a trusted advisor, manager and coach in this strategic and transformative role, contributing to the overall $2.5B HPM business and growth strategy

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in commercial and sales excellence roles

You are an absolute expert in data modelling, data structuring, and data visualization, including strong Power BI development expertise

You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You have a track record of success in structured problem solving, daily management, and process analysis & mapping
