Level 1 Maintenance Workers

0 to 1 years of maintenance / construction experience.

Ability to use construction and maintenance equipment, including power tools, hand tools.

Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors.

Follow written and verbal instructions from maintenance manager.

Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.

Assist in installing equipment, appliances and furniture as needed.

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.

Follow OSHA and company safety rules.

Ability to do snow removal and landscaping as needed.

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
