Carpenter

Growing Real Estate Company looking to hire an in-house Carpenter for projects ranging from small (2-3 jobs per day) to larger projects spanning multiple weeks/months. Most of the work will be in the city. Vehicle and tools required, though we do supply certain tool steups when needed.

We're open to any experience range from 1-3 years in construction/carpentry to more experienced.

Knowledge of power tools, hanging sheet rock, framing, finish carpentry, demolition, Light electrical, light plumbing, roofing etc.

Schedule is flexible, we're open to part time 3 days/week to full time.
