Immediate responsibilities include wiring heating and cooling equipment, upgrading panels as needed to support such equipment and a growing need for other electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential (and some commercial) electrical systems, with a strong ability to read blueprints. Must have experience and ability to work on all electrical projects related to HVAC/E - installations, repairs, replacements, etc.The anticipated pay range for this role is $45-$65 USD per hour but are open to conversations falling outside of this rate depending on licensure and experience.What you will do:Assess, recommend and install a variety of electrical componentsPerforming emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults, performing warranty servicesProviding technical direction and on-the-job trainingEnsuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHAComplying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirementsPartner with project coordinators and operations managersAbout You:You click with people and have experience with a variety of technologiesYou’re responsible and capable of juggling many tasks at any given momentYou understand what great service looks and feels likeYou care about your customers and take the time to understand their needs. Your QualificationsValid MA Electrician License - Journeyman/Master or bothExperience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing electrical equipmentProficiency in blueprint reading for electrical layoutsStrong knowledge of NEC standards and regulationsExperience with logic controllers and low voltage systemsFamiliarity with schematics for troubleshooting purposesAvailable to work full-time with flexibility to work after hours if neededAuthorized to work in the U.S., valid driver's license and willing to submit to a background checkAdditional Information:Forge is an equal opportunity employer.
