Full Time Carpenter

Real Estate Development/Construction Company is seeking a Lead Carpenter. The role includes the installation and repair of kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, gutters, trim, doors, locks, and windows. Experience in other basic trades, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, is a plus.

This position involves a mix of handyman tasks and larger jobs, with the type of work varying throughout the year. Projects range from month-long jobs to multiple smaller tasks in a single day. Normal working hours are expected, with a preferred start time of 8-9 AM. Steady, year-round work is available for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions

Most jobs are in the City of Boston

A vehicle is preferred to start but negotiable
