Seeking experience handyman who will be responsible for updating, renovating and remodeling apartments and single-family houses.

Experienced in Carpentry, framing, installing molding/trim, door, windows, laminate/vinyl plank flooring, sheetrock/drywall, patching/skim coating, painting, installing tile, light plumbing, electrical and other construction skills to help renovate houses and update apartments and houses.

Ability to work independently & with others.

Strong work ethic, hard worker, honest and reliable.

Valid ID, reliable transportation & Own tools.

Valid Driver license & Phone.

The contractor will be paid as 1099 .

Paid daily to begin with and then weekly via cash app, venmo, paypal, zelle , check etc.
