HANDYMAN for property Maintenace/repair/ manager

We own two buildings in STOUGHTON and HANSON containing rooms and studio apartments. Tragically, our Manager/Maintenace man pasted away suddenly recently, and we are looking for a replacement.

Skilled at general repairs, as needed, such as painting, simple plumbing, carpentry, etc. and dealing with trades people such as roofers, electricians.

There are managers living in the buildings, but they are an older man and woman and just do cleaning and tenant
