Solar Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Remote Solar Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for recruiting, motivating and developing your sales team, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's success in the solar energy market.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team:
Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
Conduct ongoing sales training, including presentations, mock scripts, and proposal writing.
Coach and mentor individual team members to achieve their full potential.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and celebrate successes.
Drive Sales Growth and Revenue:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company objectives.
Oversee call center operations and activities, ensuring efficient lead generation and qualification.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Set and adjust individual and team sales targets based on data-driven insights.
Develop effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and maximize revenue.
Maintain Strong Relationships and Partnerships:
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry contacts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the solar energy industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a demonstrated ability to develop top talent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales data analysis tools.
Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
