Position requires exceptional customer service and strong communication skills. Job duties include, but not limited to, greeting residents, guests, contractors; Answering telephone, announcing visitors to unit owners and ensuring building policies and procedures are followed. Escalate complaints to Building Management.

Ensure all guests sign in.

Assist residents with packages.

Two Eight Hour Shifts available: Friday, 11:00pm to Saturday, 7:00am AND Saturday, 11:00pm to Sunday, 7:00am.
