OVERVIEWSanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for people to join our security team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive and passionate. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Sanctuary Medicinals products as well as monitoring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises in our Littleton, MA cultivation site.REQUIREDMust be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! First and foremost we are an accepting and inclusive group who loves cannabis and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results!SCHEDULE: This position is for the night shift with a rotating schedule.Weekends and holidays are required! BENEFITS: Health, Vision, Dental, Accident, Illness, Life Insurance, Weekly payroll, 50% Discount (industry leading), PTO, PSL and OT when available (holiday pay of 1.5X).RESPONSIBILITIES Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Obtains help by sounding alarms and/or contacting authorities (dialing 911). Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, including controlling visitor access. Maintains Company's stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies and legal requirements. Reports all facility safety and security issues to management Assists in fostering a positive work environment QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required Valid driver's license is required Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Must be 21 years of age or older Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Preferred Experience: Previous employment in driving and/or security preferred Familiar with operation and monitoring of security cameras and access systems Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50lbs+ with or without accommodations.
