Life Science Facility Support Associate

Full-Time (Min. 30 hrs/week)| $22–$28/hour

Shift: Flexible, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Tewksbury, MA – Sterling Life Science Logistics

On-the-Job Training Provided | Weekend On-Call (Emergency Only)

What You’ll Do

Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship regulated materials

Maintain accurate inventory and audit-ready documentation

Monitor freezers, refrigerators, and LN₂ systems; respond to alarms

Support logistics, courier coordination, and facility walkthroughs

Follow GMP, QMS, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Some lab and/or warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and comfort in regulated environments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold temperatures

Interest in life sciences, GMP, and quality systems
