Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance requests from residents.
- Responsive Service: Quickly respond to maintenance requests via email, online portal, or phone.
- Dispatch and Coordination: Manage and dispatch maintenance technicians for service calls effectively.
- Information Gathering: Collect additional details from residents when necessary to ensure clarity and expedite issue resolution.
- Request Categorization: Organize maintenance requests into categories such as General Maintenance, Heat & HW, and Tenant issues
- Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor the progress of work orders, keeping both technicians and tenants informed
- Tenant Communication: Inform tenants of findings and plan future appointments if an issue remains unresolved.
- Administrative Duties: Handle clerical tasks including record-keeping, invoicing, and receipts management.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate and coordinate with vendors, property managers, and staff members
- Tenant Notifications: Prepare and send bulk email notices to tenants when construction or utility shutdowns might affect them.
- Assistance to Property Manager: Support property managers with tenant renewals and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
