Need buyer’s agent to locate unique home w/ADU- cash buyer up to $850K

In addition to any commission offered to you by the seller, at closing we will additionally pay you $4,000 as a bonus.

I am a private individual seeking a buyer’s agent to locate a specific type of property. The agent or broker must have at least 10 years’ experience and currently work full time as an agent or broker.

All cash buyer can close immediately.

Approximate Desired Location - see the photo’d map attached. The desired location is a rough circumference around Boston, which includes MetroWest, Norfolk Area, SE, Cape and the Islands, North Shore, Camberville, and SW Boston

Property Criteria:

Price range up to 850K

We need a property that can accommodate two separate families. Such as a smaller accessory dwelling unit (ADU), secondary suite, mother-in-law suite, backyard cottage, garden suite, etc.

A duplex or multifamily with two separate entrances would be considered if suitable.

A minimum of 1 acre of land.

Relatively private location.

Zoning and land use allows growing food and owning small livestock, e.g. chickens, etc would be a plus.
