Your Responsibilities
St. Cecilia’s House & Robert McBride House located in Fenway area of Boston, MA is seeking candidates for a full-time Occupancy Specialist. The community consists of 140 units that are Section 8 PRAC 202 and 811. The work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. This role is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an interim and annual basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations. Other administrative support to the management team as needed.
Your Qualifications
Candidates must have experience with the recertification process. A CPO, COS, SHCM is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Yardi experience is preferred.
