 Answering phones (primary person)

 Welcome customers and assist them with repair appointments/ Paperwork

 Manage drop-off paperwork, repair orders, and insurance documentation to

ensure all necessary information is collected and processed.

 Call insurance companies to confirm necessary information - if deductible applies

and deductible amount, Direction of pay was received. If customer received any

payments prior to car being dropped off

 Communicate regularly with customers, insurance companies, and internal

teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues.

 Process customer payments and maintain accurate records using CCC software.

 Handle general office duties to keep the workspace organized and support

efficient daily operations.

 Data entry

 Stock and maintain complementary beverage station

Qualifications

 Minimum of one year of experience working in collision centers, auto body shops,

or dealership environments.

 Experience with CCC1 Estimating and Management Software is preferred,

though not required.

 Familiarity with insurance procedures is considered a plus.

 Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Keen attention to detail.

 Ability to work well as part of a team.

 Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is a bonus but not required.
