Office Manager
Massachusetts, Boston, 02108 Boston USAOur client, a real estate development firm in Needham, MA is seeking a proactive and organized temporary Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering, and returning phone calls, and ensuring smooth office functionality. You will maintain office supplies, coordinate lunch orders, and support event planning as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with calendar management for executives, booking meetings, and overseeing general office maintenance and upkeep. This role is compensating up to $30/hour depending on experience and is anticipated to be a 3 month (+) contract. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and is fully onsite.
