Our client, a consulting firm located in Milford, MA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in the Credentialing Department! This role is on-site in Milford and can be either a Part Time- or Full-Time role and is an open-ended temporary position. For Full Time, the typical hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, for Part Time, they are flexible on the hours. This role is paying up to $22/hour. They are also offering free parking! These services include accounting, payroll, third-party billing and collections, human resources, online and live Continuing Education, marketing, facility development and quality assurance programs.Job Description:Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers at the company's client companies, monitor applications, conduct follow- up as required and report on credentialing status.Maintain current and accurate credentialing data for providers at the client's client companies, including but not limited to, certification, licensure, professional liability insurance, and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) profile data, track and monitor status, and collaborate with providers to ensure timely renewals/attestations.Assist with pre and post event tasks for training offered for Continuing Education by the client's company client companies to ensure compliance with the standards and criteria of the various credentialing entities for which the company is an Approved Provider/Sponsor.
