Massachusetts, Boston, 02108 Boston USAOur client, a pharmaceutical company based in Boston is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This role is onsite in Cambridge, lasting approximately six + months, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying between $25-30/hour, depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!Specific Responsibilities:Participate in and support the execution of HR Programs with an immediate focus on Talent Acquisition; partner with Talent Acquisition team members to drive best practices for managing the recruitment process from requisition to offerResponsible for scheduling phone, video and on-site interviews; coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff as requiredCoordinate the onboarding process for new employees in partnership with HR Operations and BenefitsManage employee data using appropriate HR systems; develop, update and distribute recruiting reportsOther responsibilities as requiredQualifications / Skills:A demonstrated interested in Human Resources1-3 years of human resources or related experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive informationOutstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to details and excellent organizational and project management skillsImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly understand and apply HR processes and proceduresBachelor's degree requiredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
