We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:

Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II: You will perform all day-to day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, re-certifications, and lease renewals at a mixed income property. You will provide outstanding service to customers, residents, and clients while maintaining budgeted occupancy at the highest attainable rents at all times. For this role, you must be available to work Saturdays 10am-5pm and have leasing experience.

Senior Property Manager: You will plan, control, and direct the daily operations of the properties, maintain positive resident relations, meet the financial objectives of ownership and management, protect the value and integrity of the real estate, be responsible for all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and manage on-site staff.

Assistant Property Manager: You will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
