Primary Objectives:

Responsible for call flow on ten phone lines. Answering customer questions. Responsible for Pest Supply Inventory Software. Applying Customer Payments. Preparing Bank Deposits. Maintaining 2 Email Boxes. Liaison between 2 large commercial customers and creating and managing job requests for those customers. Various projects given by Office Staff.

Secondary Objectives:

Overseeing all of Ladybug’s Social Media Activities, making sure that our Brand is consistent with our philosophy. Managing and producing content for our social media pages and creating campaigns that work within our Brand’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering, Transferring and Putting multiple calls on hold

Applying payments to customer accounts

Creating Credit Memos

QA deposits and bringing deposit to the bank

Outgoing Mail (gathering all outgoing mail and delivering to the mailbox)

Managing Customer Inquiries (ie, time windows, cc updates, address updates)

Creating and Managing Quincy Point Bed Bug Jobs

Liaison between Rodent Inspector for Quincy BOH and Ladybug to create and modify Residential Rat Jobs

Monitoring and Dispersing Emails from our Sales Email Box

Handling incoming Marketing Emails and putting a copy into the “Hassan” Outlook Folder, then sending the list of emails via spreadsheet to A/P the 1st week in the month.

Monitoring your own email box

Manage Inventory Software

Manage and Assisting Office Staff with various projects and assignments as they come up

Fridays – getting mail from external mailbox on first floor

Fridays- Assist with selling and setting up Residential Services

Submit Weekly reporting of google reviews and Neighbor Next Door to CEO

Fridays - gathering Trash/Recycling/Shredded Paper and preparing for pickup

Fridays – Turn down thermostat, lock up all 3 doors
