Quality Inspector

Our name says it all! We are a CNC machine shop, who has been in business for over 50 years. We are seeking someone with a strong manufacturing background with inspection expertise to join our Quality Team. We serve the semiconductor, aerospace, medical, homeland security, as well as other key industries. We are certified to ISO 9100 and ISO 13485 quality standards.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Conduct visual and measurement inspection of parts for conformance to blueprint specifications.

Perform 1st piece, AQL and final inspections

Communicate non-conformance findings with machinists to review discrepancies and resolve issues

Follows procedures for nonconforming product reporting

Submit inspection data to customers as required

Oversee calibration of tooling

Good written and verbal communication skills
