Production Personnel - Night Shift

Position Summary:

Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.

Manufacture quality products based on work orders and drawings within planned time. Operate manufacturing equipment including, presses, guillotines, clickers, scales and measuring equipment. This is a PM Shift position working Monday – Thursday from 2:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. There is a shift premium for working this shift.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Plan and layout work to meet production and schedule requirements

Build products, subassemblies and final assemblies

Perform first article inspection

Keep work area clean

Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices and products

Flexible to move to different depts within manufacturing

Maintain routine maintenance schedule of equipment

Required Skilled and Abilities

Manufacturing experience preferred but will train the right candidate

Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measurers and scales

Experience using manual manufacturing machinery a plus

Inspection experience preferred

Effective communication skills

Patience and self confidence

Flexible with production work and schedule
