Treadwall Fitness is a 33-year manufacturer of climbing-related fitness equipment (www.treadwallfitness.com). We are a small, tight-knit team looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join us growing the company and building our world-class products.

Position will help prioritize tasks (weekly meeting). Daily work might include prepping metal parts, ordering stock, managing suppliers, post paint prep, managing others as needed and group problem solving. You will help with the entire process with primary focus on fabrication.

What are the required skills we need?

Comfortable handling tools and machinery. We will test. Specific knowledge is not required.

Good physical shape and able to lift 70 pounds: it can be physical work.

Able to communicate clearly and likes to participate in group discussions.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Good driving record.

Experience and Education:

4 years’ minimum work experience in a similar or related field.

High School Diploma or better.

What is offered:

Starting wage based on experience: $23.50 to $28.00 per hour.
