We are currenlty seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our client located In Kendall Square, Cambridge. This is an obbotunity to work with a thriving team and a highly regarded company. There is a potential for this to become temp-to-perm, but for now it is long-term temp to start (appx. 6 months). This position supports three attorneys.Schedule is 3 days/week in the office; there could be some flexibility with this. It is 40 hours/week and possibility of overtime. They need someone ASAP. Will pay $40-$52/hour based on experience.Position Overview: The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support contract and document management for our client's Real Estate Legal Team, providing primary support to Real Estate Legal Services and overflow support to Global Investment Legal Services. This role requires excellent communication, writing skills, and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle shifting priorities.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Review legal contracts using client-approved forms.Process documents through execution and filing procedures.Draft form letter agreements.Review title insurance policies and land surveys.Enter and monitor contract Terms & Conditions.Assist in forming and maintaining legal entities for real estate investments.Manage data and track deadlines for legal action items.Respond to inquiries about legal documents.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.Minimum five years in real estate law or in-house legal department.Experience with investment management or real estate documents.Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel; iManage and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple activities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to suggest and implement team improvements.Problem-solving skills.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
