Legal Assistant - Corporate- HYBRID
Massachusetts, Boston, 02108 Boston USAA top Boston law firm is looking to add a Corporate Legal Assistant to their growing team. This is a hyrbid role with fantastic benefits and above market pay:Responsibilities:Document production and editing utilizing Microsoft Office (including track changes), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Kofax PDF, Workshare comparison program and other software tools and utilities.Editing and processing client invoices, including submitting invoices on client hosted e-billing platformsMonitoring invoices submitted into client e-billing systems so that any missing information is addressed on a timely basisMaintain the highest level of confidentiality of all Firm and client information, records, and files, both within and outside of the FirmAssumes additional responsibilities as requested5+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in a corporate, transactional practiceAdvanced proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applicationsAdvanced proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applicationsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applicationsAdvanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applicationsProficiency in WorkshareAdvanced proficiency in PDF Editing Software (Kofax PDF, Adobe), including converting PDF files to Word files and then fixing all formatting issues and problemsAdvanced knowledge of time keeping, expense processing and legal billing (SurePoint experience preferred)Advanced proficiency in document management applicationsOther Skills and Abilities:Must be able to handle multiple demands, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting attorney and client demands on accelerated schedulesStrong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailGood judgmentFriendly and strong interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
