Cleaning Supervisor / Field Manager – Must Have Own Car (Full Time)

We are a fast-growing cleaning company in the Boston area.

We are hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor / Field Manager who can start immediately.

This job requires your own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Full-time residential cleaning

Quality control checks

Delivering supplies when needed

Assisting with scheduling jobs

Helping hire and train cleaners as we grow

Requirements:

Must have your own car + valid driver’s license

1+ year cleaning experience preferred

Reliable & able to work independently

Strong communication skills

Available 5–6 days per week

Pay:

$800–$900 weekly

+ $100 weekly gas allowance

+ performance bonuses
