Looking for handyman for property maintenance

I am looking for a handyman that specializes in painting and patching, bonus if they can do a few other things like basic carpentry and masonry. Looking to build a relationship and rely on this person to handle maintenance at a property in Dedham, and other locations as well, if it's a good fit. Starting at $30/hour
