Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Post Construction Cleaner. As a Post Construction Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that newly constructed or renovated buildings are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy.

Responsibilities:

Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt from all areas of the building, including floors, walls, and surfaces

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Dust and polish fixtures, fittings, and appliances

Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt and dust

Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies and local regulations

Collaborate with construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupancy

Perform other cleaning duties as required to ensure the building is clean and ready for use

Requirements:

OSHA 10 Certified

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CORI FORM

1-2 years of experience in post-construction cleaning or a related field

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for some locations)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
