Carpenter

Fresh Start Contracting is a high end general contracting company founded by two friends who share the belief all clients are entitled to high quality craftsmanship and service, regardless of the projects size. We specialize in residential construction: renovation and building custom homes. Fresh Start is looking for highly skilled carpenter's with a passion for their craft and attention to detail to join our team.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in carpentry/construction

- Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plastering, painting)

- Familiar with construction practices, tools, materials, quality and cost control, and safety standards

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

- Valid driver's license

- Proficient with email and smartphones

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of construction materials (fasteners, lumber, etc.)

- Experienced with carpentry tools and equipment

- Eager to learn and adapt to new methods

- Passion for construction and willing to take on challenging work
