Commercial Landscape Construction Foreman

Hynes Landscaping a leader in the commercial landscape construction industry is looking for an experienced foreman.

We are an ever-evolving company always trying to get to the next level and need candidates who are interested and willing to grow along with us!

In order to keep growing we are in need of a foreman that has strong managements skills, organizational skills, and experience in the landscaping industry.

We are a multilingual company so speaking Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish would be a helpful plus!

This is a year-round position

Our projects mostly involve:

-Planting

-Hardscape

-Masonry

-Rooftop amenity spaces

Responsibilities are to include, but not limited to:

-Daily oversight of construction job you are assigned to

-Leading your crew or subcontractors to get jobs done in a safe and efficient manner

-Guiding crews to properly use the right safety precautions of all power tools, hand tools, and machinery to maintain a

safe work environment

-Making sure all machines and equipment are all being properly maintained and not being abused on site (i.e. daily

greasing, checking fluids, etc.)

-Communicating with customers regularly to make sure we are keeping up with timelines

-Attend weekly site meetings with general contractors for project updates

-Operation of mini excavator, skid steer, dingo, dump trucks and trailers

-During winter months performing snow removal services for our contract clients

Pay range determined by level of experience: $26-$34/HR

-Sick Pay/Vacation Pay

Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license

-DOT medical card

-Hydraulics license

-Must pass drug test (not cannabis)
