Assistant General Manager

Established greater Boston upscale concept seeks Manager to continue growth of 175 seat restaurant and private dining space. The right candidate will have outstanding Managing skills and be a proven leader. We are seeking a self-starter who will build on the established success of this property while taking customer service to the next level, we seek a manager with outstanding operational and management skills. An established history of an ability to refine and maintain the following systems is a must:

Product specification and purchasing

Liquor cost controls

Labor management and team development

Inventory and production controls

Develop new menu items

Skills And Qualities

4+ years in FOH,

ServSafe/DOH Certified

Tips Certified

Teaching and professional communication skills

Ability to assess and respond to issues as the arise

Level- headed and efficient during high-volume/pressure situations

Outgoing& self-motivated: enjoys coming to work

desire to learn and grow within the company, career-minded and ambitious
