Job Summary:

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, crafting delicious sandwiches, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm for food and commitment to local sourcing will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.

- Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Food Preparation:

- Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including roasting and braising meats, cheeses, and vegetables.

- Assemble sandwiches to order, ensuring each item meets our quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

- Quality Control:

- Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and used within their freshness period.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

- Participate in regular quality checks to uphold our commitment to freshness and local sourcing.

- Team Collaboration:

- Work cooperatively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in training new employees as needed.

- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inventory needs and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
