Line cook

The Coop Rotisserie (thecooprotisserie.com) is a modern Caribbean Restaurant located in downtown Amesbury MA 01913 @ 36 Main St. - specializing in Latin American cuisine.

Part time / Full time line cook position available immediately. Experience is required.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact Chef’s specifications, Prep, and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the chef with their daily tasks.

BONUS - after 6 months employment !

VACATION - One week paid vacation after first year !

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Familiar with industry’s best practices

Provide excellent customer service

Attentive

Knowledge of menu offerings

Service Oriented and excellent communication skills

Able to multi-task

Experience a must with references
