BEFORE YOU APPLY please read the following.

We are hiring team members to drive our food trucks and prepare food. We have three main positions for our trucks. The cashier processes transactions while expediting orders and communicating with the line cook to maintain consistent ticket times. The grill cook is responsible for working the grill and fryer to prepare our hot items. The cold line cook assembles and plates entrées. As a member of our team, you will learn all three positions and will regularly be stationed on all of them.

Our team requires a great amount of flexibility and versatility. While receiving orders and preparing food is one aspect of the job, on the truck, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of guest’s dining experience. The interaction you provide with the guest at the register, in the line expediting orders, or executing menu items to company standards, establishes the foundation of the experience we are trying to provide.

This is a very fast-paced environment and food needs to come out quickly and still follow our high standards of quality. There are times when you will be non-stop for an entire shift, it can be high pressure and you will be on your feet.
