• B2B commerce for industrial / manufacturing background.
• Consumer goods, telecom etc from B2B commerce standpoint
• E-commerce
• Experience with Jira (creating user stories)

• Minimum 10 years' experience working as Business Analyst on B2B commerce projects
• Experience working with Product owners to understand their expectations and create detailed functional requirements. Responsible to create detailed functional requirements
• Experience using team collaboration tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps for user stories and agile work. Responsible to create user stories in JIRA
• Responsible to work with UX design team to define user journey and business needs
• Experience working with DEV team and QA team along with UX team. Overall coordination from requirement gathering to implementation among different teams
• Functional testing before UAT
• Defect triaging
• Requirement prioritization
• Experience working on onsite-offshore model.
